Devon County Council (Various Streets, Teignmouth) (No Waiting & Residents Parking) Amendment Order 2017 comes into force 1 March to introduce: NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on specified lengths of Bitton Park Road, Daimonds Lane, Grove Avenue, Higher Brimley Road &St James Precinct; RESIDENTS PARKING MON-SAT 8AM-6PM ZONE A on specified lengths of Bitton Park Road, Daimonds Lane, Exeter Street, Gladstone Terrace, Grove Avenue, Grove Terrace, Heywoods Road, Higher Brimley Road, Landscore Close, Salisbury Terrace, Shute Hill, Winterbourne Road. Residents, charity business occupier & essential visitor permits £30 annually, visitor permits £30 per batch of 30, business permits annual cost: 1st permit £30, 2nd permit £75, 3rd permit £150; guest house/hotel visitors permit £30 per batch of 20 permits. These Teignmouth restrictions were originally advertised with other proposals that were made under Devon County Council (Various Streets, Teignmouth) (Waiting Restrictions) Amendment Order 2017 on 28 November 2016; Devon County Council (Promenade, Teignmouth) (Prohibition of Vehicles & One Way) Order 2017 comes into force 1 March to introduce PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES 1 MAY-10 SEP on specified length of the Promenade & ONE WAY north-eastwards on specified length of the Promenade; Devon County Council (Higher Brimley Road, Teignmouth) (One Way) Order 2017 comes into force 1 March to introduce ONE WAY STREET west to east on Higher Brimley Road from 20 metres east of Exeter Street to Winterbourne Road.
